Luxury Penthouse in gated Luum Zama, Aldea Zama
One of the most beautiful and characteristical birds of the region is TOH. It ́s singular tail with a perpendicular movement and colorfull feathers, it ́s the inspiration for this project that recreates in all it ́s corners the natural habitat of these imposing bird.
The architectural development formed by 16 apartments of 2 types is characterized by abundant vegetation and a central pool that simulates a cenote. The mix of materials from the region like mayan stone for exteriors and it ́s natural fiber walls, delimitate the relax areas that reproduce the nest of these birds. Creating a perfect ambiance for those persons who look to find confort in nature.
The avantgard design with a bohemian spirit takes you to a space in the middle of the jungle where these birds are from.
