Beachfront in Tankah, Tulum
Tankah 52 is comprised of two towers with 13 units each, for a total of 26 condominiums, which have four different typologies: Garden, Middle, Studio and Penthouse. Amenities include a lobby, lounge sun deck and infinity pool with a swim up bar.
The development’s architectural design was inspired by owing waves and the sinuous shapes of a yacht. White curves that wrap around natural wood, the use of glass and metal, as well as furniture inspired by nature, make this a project that stands out.
Sustainable and eco-technologies are an important aspect of this project. The building will feature rooftop solar panels for energy savings as well as the reuse of rain and gray water through a collection system and treatment plant. In addition, the use of water softeners and thermal insulation will further aid in peacefully integrating Tankah 52 with its natural surroundings.
